WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION 

As part of the buying and selling process when you purchase something from our online shop, we gather the personal data you provide to us, such as your name, address, and email address.

We also automatically get your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address when you browse our store, which gives us knowledge about your operating system and browser.

If you subscribed to our newsletter, we may market to you via email by sending you emails with information about our online store, new items, and other updates.

Woocommerce

Our  online store runs on woocommerce . They give us access to the online e-commerce platform that enables us to offer you their goods and services.

Your information is kept safe by theirs databases, data storage, and other applications. They keep your information on a safe server protected by a firewall.

Section 5

Any content that the author creates is subject to a copyright reservation. Without the author’s permission, no part of the text, image, sound, or figure may be reproduced or used in another printed or electronic work.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third Party Services

In general, the third-party providers we work with will only gather, use, and disclose your information as much as is required for them to carry out the tasks we’ve hired them to do.

However, some third-party service providers, such payment gateways and other financial transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with regard to the data we must send to them for your transaction-related transactions.

To further understand how these providers will treat your personal information, we advise you to read their privacy policies for each of these services.

Keep in mind that some providers may be situated in or have facilities situated in jurisdictions other than either you or us. Your information may so become governed by the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which the third-party service provider or its facilities are situated if you decide to move forward with a transaction that involves their services.

Your personal information used to complete the transaction, for instance, may be susceptible to disclosure under US law, such as the Patriot Act, if you are situated in Canada and the transaction is completed by a payment gateway in the US.

You are no longer subject to this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service of our website after you leave our store’s website or are transferred to a third-party website or application.

Although there is no 100% secure method of electronic transmission or storage, we adhere to all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally recognised industry standards.

Web analytics through Google Inc.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer, to analyse the use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this site are usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In the case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address from Google will be truncated within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address is sent to a Google server in the USA where it shortened. Please note that on this website, Google Analytics code is supplemented by “gat._anonymizeIp();” to ensure an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so called IP-masking).

Use of Facebook Social Plugins
This website uses so-called social plugins (“Plugins”) of the social network Facebook, which is operated from the Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are a Facebook logo or the words “social plug-in from Facebook” or marked as “Facebook social Plugin”.
