We ship worldwide from Denmark. All orders made before 6PM ECT (European central time) are shipped on the same day. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Tracking Link via E-Mail. To ship your items we use biodegradable plastic pouches and recycled cardboard boxes.

Custom fees and import duties for non-EU countries are not displayed at the time of purchase or handled by Thrift It UP; as a result, the customer is responsible for paying them.

RETURNS

All items will be examined upon return and must comply with the following requirements:

All original tags must be attached – if any

All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received

All items have not been worn

All items are free of any odours

All items must be in saleable condition

You have a right to return any unwanted item without a reason within 14 days of delivery, by mailing them to the address listed below. To fill out a return form please contact us at returns@thriftitup.com. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipment. We advise you to choose a tracked delivery method because Thrift It Up cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. We’ll process your refund using the original payment method within 1-3 days of receiving your return.
